Our Blog: Happy bdae giam!

Sept 2nd is giam's birthdae. Yay! Happy birthday giam. Boo ah jun, chua, and Sk for not comin for the birthday celebration. As a result, I am the sole representative from our gang of 4. The present that we bought for giam earlier on hasnt been wrapped up b4hand, so naturally the arduous task of wrappin it up nice and neat was left to mi. Haa and thanks to my sophisticated taste, i got a wrapping paper wif a creative modern feel to it. In addition, i got a cool bdae card to go along wif it. Aiya forgot to take pics of the "finished product". U peeps would be wowed to tears. wahaha. Pardon mi. i am abit narcissistic.

Anyway, the theme of the birthday party is nature, so everyone is supposed to wear green. And of cuz, i chose a light green tee to go wif it. I met xiqian and quek at tampines so tat quek can drive mi to the chalet itself. Hhaa and ys, evonne and pui were in the car. thot they were goin tgt lo but never la. During the trip, we (Quek, xiqian and mi) were wondering whether the food would be all vegetarian and quek cracked the ultimate joke by saying tat the bdae cake might be pandan cake. hahaha. funnie lor. Imagine a 3kg pandan cake. Bleahss. jus kidding. and in the car, we happened to hear li sheng jie's song "zui jing" on radio and we were singing loud like ktv. super high ah. wan to go ktv. yishun muz organise ktv soon ah. haha called a fren juz to tell her i heard the song lo. One of her favs mah.

and we arrived at aloha chalet (giam's bdae celebration venue). dun worry guys. she likes our present veri much haha. and of cuz much to our relief, the cake wasnt pandan. haha it was a realli nice fruity cake wif mango and strawberry toppings. on the top left is a choc house and inside the house a beautiful silvery key. shucks. would try to post the pic of the cake.

While on the way home, saw a guy wearin a voodoo tee and carryin the same voodoo mini as ah jun. haha the one wif many many pins poppin out one lor. huh? who says guys cant carry such stuff? issit chopsticks? humph!
